About Me

I believe my role as an educator is to facilitate brilliance in others. My students learn best when they are deeply involved in designing, implementing, creating, and problem solving. In my classroom, students are working intensely and eagerly, and I am coaching them along. When my students are engaged and enthused, I am fulfilled.

I currently teach English Language Arts at Jericho High School where I proudly advise our award-winning online newspaper the JerEcho. I am a mentor and professional development facilitator, and have also served as a teacher leader in a progressive alternative school and as an educational consultant.
